"I would like to give a special Thank You and praise for great customer service to one of your employees, Susan Meader. I was trying to contact Gail, but upon calling, discovered that she was out of the office, and Susan was filling in for her. I left a message as I was looking for a copy of my condo's flood insurance, but was convinced I would not get a call back as Ssuan was probably overwhelmed by filling in for her fellow employee. How pleasantly surprised I was when she called me. She advised me she was going to talk personally to the person who was handling my refinance at Valley National Bank to see exactly what they were looking for.
What customer service!! She went over and beyond what I expected. Great customer service is very rare these days!

"I want to commend the efforts of Dorothy Jager on our behalf in a recent homeowners insurance matter. Thanks to Dorothy, we were able to obtain insurance through your agency after we discovered that our homeowners policy with High Point Insurance had lapsed. We had not been able to find the proper notification of this from the company and were shocked to learn about it from our mortgage company, Wells Fargo, who requires continuous insurance ad a condition of our mortgage.
Dorothy encouraged us to contact the executive offices of High Point in Red Bank and discuss the matter with them on a conference call. We did so this past Tuesday and through our combined efforts, were able to convince High Point that after being a customer for 25 years, without ever having filed a claim, we deserved reinstatement of our policy for the time it had lapsed. When the paperwork is finalized, this will have saved us considerable expense of a policy provided by our mortgage company. In my opinion, Dorothy's initiative and knowledge of insurance carrier procedures were the deciding factors in bringing this matter to a successful resolution. You are fortunate to have someone with such dedication to customer service in your company."
