Ronald Gillaspie

Mr. Gillaspie trained and worked at the Crum & Forster Insurance Co. from 1980-1983 in both personal lines and commercial lines Underwriting and Marketing Departments. Mr. Gillaspie joined Boynton & Boynton in October, 1983 and has worked sales and management positions throughout the organization, becoming Sr. Vice President in 1990 and partner in 1995. Mr. Gillaspie attained his CIC designation in 1989, and has been a member of the Princeton Insurance Company's Agent Advisory Council from 1989-2007. Ron is also a member of the ProMutual Insurance Company Advisory Board - 2001-2011, the Selective Insurance Company Advisory Council - 2005-2007 and Hartford Insurance Company from 2009-2011.

Mr. Gillaspie has developed cost-effective risk management and insurance programs for hundreds of commercial lines accounts. Since forming the Health Care Division of Boynton & Boynton in the mid 1980's, Mr. Gillaspie, with other Boynton & Boynton personnel, developed an exclusive policy for Physician Regulatory Liability Protection, including claims from governmental agencies alleging Medicare billing violations, STARK violations and HIPAA violations. Boynton & Boynton is exclusive underwriter representative for this program throughout the United States for Lloyds of London.

Mr. Gillaspie graduated Montclair State University with a BS in Business Administration. Along with the CIC designation, active P&C, Health and Life licenses are maintained. He was a member of the NJ PIAA Board of Directors, past member of the Monmouth Beach Board of Education, Red Cross Board of Directors and Brookdale College Foundation Board of Directors; and is currently on the Family & Children Services Board.

Mr. Gillaspie resides in Monmouth Beach with his wife and son.
